Thomas Nissan of Joliet is actively hiring Business Development Representatives (BDC) to help support our rapidly growing sales department.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in customer service, call centers, appointment setting, collections, hospitality, retail sales, or any position that requires strong communication skills. Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right people.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments for the sales department
  • Follow up with customers regarding their vehicle interests
  • Confirm and manage daily appointments
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
  • Communicate professionally through phone, text, and email
  • Help create an exceptional customer experience before the customer arrives at the dealership
Qualifications
  • Strong phone and communication skills
