We’re seeking an entrepreneurial and highly creative Director of Marketing & Growth to lead the next phase of IV.AI’s brand and growth strategy.

This role is ideal for a fast-rising marketing leader with startup experience who has taken on increasing ownership throughout their career and is ready to step into a high-impact leadership role. You should be equally comfortable thinking strategically, executing quickly, experimenting constantly, and building scalable marketing systems from the ground up.

You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute IV.AI’s marketing strategy, identify high-performing growth channels, develop repeatable playbooks, and elevate the company’s brand presence across digital platforms.

• Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 + equity potential

• Reports to: VP, Growth

• Develop and execute IV.AI’s overall marketing and growth strategy across brand, digital, content, and demand generation initiatives.

• Identify, test, and optimize scalable customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.

• Build repeatable marketing playbooks that support lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

• Partner with leadership to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for IV.AI’s products and services.

• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness.

• Lead the development of IV.AI’s digital brand presence across social media, web, thought leadership, podcasts, webinars, and events.

• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content including case studies, presentations, blogs, newsletters, video content, and executive communications.

• Partner with the CEO to amplify thought leadership and strengthen IV.AI’s market visibility.

• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all customer-facing materials and channels.

• Continuously test new marketing ideas, growth experiments, AI-driven workflows, and channel strategies.

• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve efficiency, scalability, and campaign performance.

• Stay current on emerging AI trends, startup growth strategies, and modern marketing best practices.

• Bring creative thinking, strong intuition, and data-driven decision-making to growth initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with company priorities.

• Help build internal marketing systems, processes, reporting structures, and operational workflows.

• Manage external vendors, freelancers, agencies, and creative partners as needed.

• Operate as a highly adaptable leader willing to roll up your sleeves and execute across multiple areas of the business.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, brand strategy, or demand generation, preferably within startups, SaaS, AI, or technology companies.

• Proven ability to build and execute marketing initiatives that drive measurable business growth.

• Strong understanding of modern digital marketing channels including LinkedIn, paid media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, webinars, and social media.

• Experience building marketing systems, growth playbooks, and experimentation frameworks.

• Deep interest in AI technologies and strong fluency with AI tools and emerging platforms.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a highly creative mindset.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments.

• Highly organized, resourceful, proactive, and execution-oriented.

• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, or similar platforms preferred.

• Design, video editing, and multimedia content experience is a strong plus.

You may be someone who has grown quickly within startups, earned increasing responsibility early in your career, and consistently demonstrated strong ownership and execution.

You are highly fluent in AI, naturally curious, constantly generating ideas, and energized by experimentation and growth. You understand how to blend creativity, systems thinking, analytics, and storytelling to build momentum and uncover scalable growth opportunities.
