Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AJO solutions that help customers improve their customer experiences.
  • Work with a team of engineers to Designs solutions for the overall health, performance, and availability and actively
  • Works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
  • Creates technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for developing
     code
  • Identifies and develops potential standards and best practices.
  • Configure and test Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and workflows to ensure
     accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide technical support to the marketing team
  • Implement best practices for data management, segmentation, personalization, and
     automation within Adobe Journey Optimizer.

  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain AJO code and documentation.

  • Document and maintain technical documentation for campaigns and workflows.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of Adobe Journey Optimizer
