Job description

AEM Cloud Administrator – JD
- Solid hands-on experience (8+ Years) with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) Development – Deep expertise in schema design, technical workflows, and advanced campaign orchestration.
- Scripting & Automation – Proficiency in JavaScript, and SOAP/REST APIs for workflow automation and data integrations.
- Instance Configuration & Performance Tuning – Ability to optimize Adobe Campaign instances, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement best practices.
- Deep expertise in delivery templates, typologies, and campaign execution logic.
- Experience integrating Adobe Campaign with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of campaign automation, email marketing, and customer segmentation.
- Hands-on experience/knowledge with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template customization.
- Troubleshoot campaign execution issues, deliverability problems, and workflow errors.
- Design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
- Work with data teams to integrate Adobe Campaign with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Database & SQL knowledge – for query optimization and data management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Platform Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Adobe Campaign environments (Classic/Standard).
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Monitor system health, performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Campaign Support
- Assist marketing teams in setting up workflows, deliveries, and targeting logic.
- Ensure proper integration with CRM, data sources, and APIs.
- Data Management
- Oversee data imports/exports, schema updates, and audience segmentation.
- Maintain data hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Technical Maintenance
- Apply patches, upgrades, and ensure version compatibility.
- Monitor logs and resolve errors related to workflows and deliveries.
- Reporting & Optimization
- Generate performance reports and provide insights for campaign improvements.
- Collaborate with analytics teams for tracking and attribution.
- Documentation & Training
- Create SOPs for platform usage and train internal teams.
- Document system configurations and changes.
