During their workweek, they may handle a high patient load and collaborate closely with other nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care during shift changes. Effective communication and thorough documentation are essential to ensure patient information is accurately passed on to the next team. This schedule allows for extended time off, but it can also present challenges in maintaining work-life balance and staying updated on patient progress while away.
