What You’ll Do
As the Assistant Property Manager, you’ll partner with the Property Manager to keep the community running smoothly and residents happy. Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
  • Supporting rent collection, posting payments, and managing delinquency follow-up.
  • Helping prepare financial reports, budgets, and monthly performance summaries.
  • Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
  • Assisting with leasing tours, renewals, and resident move-ins/outs.
  • Acting as a point of contact for residents, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2-3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience (multi-family preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic financial knowledge (rent collection, reporting, budget support).
  • Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, etc.).
  • Customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $23-25/hr. JVM Management, Inc. determines individual pay within this range based on factors including qualifications, experience, scope of responsibilities, and internal equity.
