Our telehealth facility ensures that you have all the resources necessary to deliver high-quality care directly to clients in their homes.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to gather information on clients' substance abuse histories and mental health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health issues, setting clear goals and timelines for recovery.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to promote positive change.
• Collaborate closely with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure continuity of care and integrated treatment approaches for clients.
• Support and educate clients’ families, enhancing their involvement in the recovery process and fostering a supportive environment for clients.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, in compliance with regulatory standards.

The primary focus of this role is on individuals battling substance use disorders, as well as those facing dual diagnoses of mental health conditions. Clients range from young adults to seniors, and the therapeutic approaches you employ will be tailored to resonate with varied backgrounds and experiences. Your contributions will directly impact their ability to reclaim their lives and build healthier futures.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• A minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in addiction counseling, including therapeutic techniques relevant to substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions suitable for treating substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire clients towards recovery.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in telehealth counseling environments is a plus, enabling you to adapt to remote service delivery effectively.
• Active involvement in community outreach or public speaking engagements related to addiction awareness and recovery programs.
• Previous training or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities that enhance treatment efficacy.
