Job description

Knowledge Manager
The Opportunity:
As a knowledge manager, you know how to harness the latest technologies by developing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for your clients. We're looking for a solutions-oriented person like you to support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready, solving our clients' most complex challenges.
At Booz Allen, you'll broaden your skills in programming languages and databases, using little to no code to help us identify new techniques and improve the digital environment. You'll use the latest cloud tools as you look for ways to support your team and develop creative solutions. Using your technical knowledge and your appetite to learn, you'll work cross-collaboratively to help automate and accelerate cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs.
You'll be a trusted advisor to your clients as you help translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices within the context of your client's mission.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience with SharePoint custom development and architecture
  • 3+ years of experience building "out-of-the-box" SharePoint solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013, 2016, or 2019, Subscription Edition, and O365, including administration and development such as SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, and lists and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions
  • Experience managing distribution groups, security group, and permission to resources
  • Knowledge of site architecture and the differences between site in SharePoint O365, such as Hub Sites, Team Sites, and Communication Sites
  • Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end user's needs and requirements, and recommend actionable solutions
  • Ability to work with web development tools and languages, such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with knowledge management solutions, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with knowledge management solutions

  • Experience with the data visualization tools, such as Tableau
  • Knowledge of DoW or IC domains
  • Ability to work a non-standard or shift schedule
  • Possession of excellent documentation, organization, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent client-facing or advising skills
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
