The FBC exists to help franchisees build profitable businesses aligned with their personal and professional vision, while advancing adoption of the Archadeck system across the network. This is a coaching role. Compliance and financial outcomes are consequences of effective coaching, not substitutes for it. The FBC succeeds when franchisees choose to follow their coach because they trust them and see measurable results in their business.

How Success Is Measured

Accountability is structured across three layers, reflecting the reality that franchisees are independent business owners and outcomes are a shared result.

  • Influence. Quality of coaching relationships, franchisee trust, and perceived helpfulness, assessed through direct feedback and periodic network input.
  • Activity and Adoption. Coaching cadence completion, documented franchisee vision plans, field visit completion, and franchisee adoption rates of brand programs including the Archadeck sales process, marketing initiatives, and operational standards.
  • Outcome. Same store sales growth, profitability trends, and franchisee retention across the assigned group, evaluated in aggregate rather than per franchisee.

  • Conduct monthly documented performance reviews with each franchisee, covering KPI review, action plan progress, and goals for the next period
  • Facilitate the development and ongoing refinement of each franchisee's personal business vision plan
  • Serve as a thinking partner to franchisees navigating strategic, operational, and financial decisions
Program Adoption and System Integration
  • Drive franchisee adoption of Archadeck's sales process, marketing standards, operational procedures, and technology platforms
  • Deliver coaching moments with franchisees and their staff on topics across all operational processes, bringing other Support Team members into the conversations as neede
  • Support new franchisees during onboarding and ramp up, including follow up after initial training in Richmond
  • Interpret system data and benchmarks for each franchisee, translating numbers into clear, actionable next steps
  • Surface field themes, roadblocks, and opportunities to the Director of Franchise Operations and Brand President
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, design and pricing, drafting, and production teams to coordinate support for franchisees
  • Advocate for franchisees within the Archadeck corporate structure, balancing franchisee needs with brand standards
  • Maintain documentation discipline in the CRM to ensure leadership visibility and continuity of support

  • Participate in system wide events including annual conferences, regional meetings, and new franchisee training
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as an operator, owner, consultant, or senior leader in a project based B2C business such as home remodeling, home services, residential construction, or a comparable industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, advise, and influence independent business owners without direct authority
  • Strong financial literacy, including P&L analysis, pricing, and unit economics
  • Proven emotional intelligence, including listening, conflict navigation, and the capacity to deliver hard feedback while preserving relationship trust
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with CRM tools, KPI dashboards, and data driven coaching
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30 percent of the time
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent operating experience considered in lieu of a degree
