  • Support new franchise owners through onboarding and the 120 Day Abundant Life Launch
  • Monitor financial and operational performance and address gaps quickly
  • Build and manage corrective action plans for underperforming franchise locations

  • Document coaching activity, performance risks, commitments, and action plans through the SGP Dashboard
  • Escalate unresolved performance or compliance concerns to the Director of Franchise Performance
Key Performance Metrics
  • Franchise revenue and profitability improvement
  • Onboarding completion and on-time launches
  • Franchise owner engagement and coaching attendance
  • Corrective action completion
  • Operational compliance and performance improvement

  • Ability to hold owners accountable while building strong relationships
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through abilities
  • Ability to identify performance gaps and create clear action plans
  • Experience using dashboards, CRM platforms, or performance reporting tools
  • Franchise experience preferred
Why Special Strong
  • One of the fastest growing adaptive fitness franchise brands in the country
  • Meaningful mission that changes lives every day
  • Faith based company built on integrity, excellence, servant leadership, stewardship, generosity, and relationship focus
  • Opportunity to help grow the system from approximately 50 franchise locations to more than 100 locations
  • Strong leadership team and proven franchise system
  • Significant career growth opportunities as the company continues its national expansion
