Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a variety of commercial construction projects—from planning to completion—ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires expertise in multi-unit commercial construction, such as restaurant or retail buildouts, remodels, and renovations. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll manage all phases of commercial construction projects for our brands, including site buildouts, remodels, and renovations. You will coordinate closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to define specifications and secure permits, negotiate vendor contracts, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. You’ll also oversee equipment procurement, supervise contractors and staff, maintain safety and quality standards, and resolve any issues promptly. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality work within budget while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a commercial Construction Project Manager or similar; preferably multi-unit development, construction, or renovation in the restaurant, retail, or related sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of full life cycle commercial construction processes, including reading and interpreting blueprints, materials, and project management principles.
  • Strong familiarity with quality assurance and health and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, budgeting, and time-management skills.
  • Team-oriented with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
