POSITION SUMMARY:
The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) serves a pivotal role in the system, offering strategic guidance and support to franchisees to improve their operational efficiency, financial performance, and adhere to brand standards and procedures. The FBC leverages financial data, analysis, and reporting to identify unique opportunities for business growth and profitability within each location. They are the single point of contact for franchise partners and work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to provide enhanced services and support across multiple disciplines. This position reports to the Vice President of Franchise Performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Relationship Management & Revenue Growth
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with franchisees serving as their primary advocate within the organization and their first call when challenges arise. Create an environment of open communication where franchisees feel heard, supported, and held to high standards.
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of structured touchpoints with each franchisee focused on performance trends, growth planning, and brand compliance.

Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Responsible for analyzing key metrics and financial data to evaluate the overall health and performance of the franchise network.
  • Gathers and analyzes franchisee data, performance metrics, and financial statements to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth and increased profitability.

Compliance & Brand Standards
  • Partner with the corporate team to uphold brand standards across your portfolio, ensuring consistency in service quality, guest experience, and operational execution.
  • Address performance and compliance issues directly and constructively by diagnosing root causes, co-creating solutions with franchisees, and following through until the issue is resolved.

Education, Training & Support
  • Champion franchisee development through structured performance plans, financial coaching, and accountability frameworks that build owner capability over time.
  • Lead group meetings and peer learning sessions that sharpen franchisee understanding of KPIs, drive goal-setting, and cultivate a culture of healthy competition across the system.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must live in Texas
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Proven experience in business coaching, consulting, or franchise management- direct experience coaching franchisees preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to read P&Ls, interpret metrics, and translate data into coaching priorities
  • Track record of influencing outcomes - you hold people accountable with empathy and drive results without authority
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
  • Total Compensation Potential: $100,000 - $115,000 annually (Base + Incentive)
    Position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus based on team and individual goals.
