Position Overview


We are seeking a motivated and relationship-oriented Franchise Business Partner to join our dynamic Franchise Business Partnership team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, the Franchise Business Partner will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with assigned franchisees within a designated territory. The ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to provide personalized guidance to franchisees for accelerated growth and sustained success. Candidate must be based near major metropolitan airport (MN, IL, MO, WI).


Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the franchisees' businesses within the assigned territory, including their goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all business-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Operations to implement strategies and initiatives that align with franchisees' business goals and overall company objectives.
  • Provide personalized coaching and support to franchisees, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their business operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with franchisees to review performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans for sustained success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to coordinate resources, training, and support that align with franchisees' needs.
  • Analyze franchise performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, and use this information to inform strategic decisions and tailored support.
  • Ensure effective communication between franchisees and corporate headquarters, addressing concerns, sharing best practices, and facilitating issue resolution.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and resources that empower franchisees to excel in their business operations.
  • Participate in territory-specific meetings and events to foster a sense of community among franchisees and gather valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Operations to continuously evaluate and enhance the franchise partnership program based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in retail, restaurant, or franchise operations.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations, business strategies, and customer experience principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with franchisees.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic and tactical guidance to drive business growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
