About the Position

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Frame Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience welding and fabricating metal frames and take pride in producing strong, accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities
  • Weld and fabricate steel and metal frame components according to drawings, measurements, and specifications.
  • Perform MIG welding and other welding processes as required.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and position materials before welding.
  • Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and proper alignment.
  • Grind, clean, and finish welded components as needed.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, saws, drills, and other fabrication equipment.
  • Set up and maintain welding equipment.
  • Identify and repair defective or improperly welded components.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications
  • Previous welding or metal fabrication experience preferred.
  • Ability to read basic drawings, measurements, and welding specifications.
  • Ability to use measuring tools accurately.
  • Good understanding of welding safety and PPE requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
