Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BMW Master Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics, with a strong focus on BMW vehicles. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while performing high-quality repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on BMW vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
  • Utilize advanced automotive diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex issues related to automotive electrical systems, powertrain, transmissions, and more.
  • Conduct vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, alignments, and general repairs using hand tools and power tools.
  • Interpret schematics and technical manuals to assist in the repair process effectively.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate auto estimates for necessary repairs and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and diesel engine repair techniques.
