What You'll Do
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols to complete fabrication projects.
  • Perform precision TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
  • Prepare materials by cutting, cleaning, fitting, and assembling parts prior to welding.
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and pass visual inspections.
  • Operate welding equipment, grinders, hand tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of professional TIG welding experience.
  • Experience welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and AWS welding symbols.
  • Proficiency using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and squares.
  • Knowledge of welding equipment setup and operation.
  • Basic math skills, including measurements and conversions.
