Tig Welders Must be familiar with OSHA.

TIG ALUMINUM AND STAINLESS STEEL welders/fabricators. We are looking for top notch experienced TIG ALUMINUM AND STAINLESS welders only.


  • The job will entail all types of welding BUT MUST HAVE TIG ALUMINUM AND STAINLESS EXPERIENCE.
  • Hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm.
  • OVERTIME HOURS ARE AVAILABLE.
  • OVERTIME PAY OVER 40 HOURS.
  • Pay will be based on experience and ability.
  • MUST SPEAK ENGLISH
  • Must have a clean background.
  • Must pass a drug test. DRUG TEST GIVEN AT INTERVIEW.
  • Full time with health, dental and vision insurance benefits offered after 90 days
  • A WELD TEST WILL BE GIVEN AT THE INTERVIEW - COME PREPARED




Lays out, aligns, fits and welds fabricated steel components to assemble structural forms.

Operate fabricating machines such as cutoff saw, roll, brake, press, forming machine, spinning machine and punch to cut, bend and shape all sorts of steel. Analyze work orders and read blueprints to determine information such as material to be used and types and sequence of operations to be used for fabrication.

Must be a leader and have great attitude working in shop and on the job site and follow are safety requirements.

Must be able to pass a drug test at all times!

Must have your own tools.

Must be able to work night shift when needed.

Job Title: Tig Welder

Plan, lay-out, weld, work off all shop and blueprint drawing and measure in the field, install and repair all types of structural steel products in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Will be working pre-existing structures. Must be able to fabricate and weld handrails and stairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow established jobsite safety and regulations, work in a safe and efficient manner, and maintain a safe and clean work area. Identify safety hazards you or other employees may be subject to and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate or minimize hazards.
  • Read and understand plans and specifications, including diagrams, prints.
  • Use appropriate hand and power tools to properly measure, cut, assemble, weld, and install all types of structural steel components; install supports, valves, and other control equipment; test installed systems and install all other related items in accordance with the applicable plans and specifications.
  • Weld components according to specific process and code; cut and weld members to make alterations, using oxyacetylene cutting and welding equipment.

  • Education – High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) Preferred
  • Experience – TIG-welding experience; must pass welder certification test.
  • Must have a working knowledge of various welding processes, coeds, techniques and methods related to structural steel welding.
  • Must read and understand plans and specifications, including diagrams, prints, orthographic and isometric drawings and visualize two-dimensional drawings in three dimensions.
  • Must be familiar with properties of metal machining, weld shrinkage and welding techniques.

Overtime

This job is Monday thru Friday from 7:00am until 4:00 pm with some overtime and weekend work

Must be a team player.
