Job description

Small Chicago-based builder/ developer seeks a master framer/builder.
The projects are scattered throughout the city of Chicago, both small and large.
We seek a wood framing expert with a minimum of 10 years of experience, coupled with the mastery of the "birds-eye view" layout technique.
We are not a high production residential home builder, however, we have sufficient work between single-family and multi-unit projects, room additions, and renovations to keep a master framer busy year-round and we're capable of providing benefits to the right candidate.
