  1. Ability to rig-up and down 12’’ and 14’’ hose without supervision
  2. Can properly install hose clamps and heads
  3. Ability to Prime up water pump after installation
  4. Rig-up and Down frac locations with minimal supervision
  5. Cut and re-head lay flat hose
  6. Rig-up and install an inline pump.
  7. Meets all expectations on evaluation by supervisor to include a positive attitude and no customer complaints
  8. Ability to properly plug a line and repair a leak
  9. Properly utilize line pinchers
  10. Diagnose and communicate water pump issues
  11. Complete 3 Hr updates and spreadsheets via Microsoft teams
  12. Completes and sends in Daily JSA’s
  13. Supervise and manage a 4-5 man crew on location
  14. Meets all expectations on evaluation by supervisor to include positive attitude and no customer complaints
