Job description
Hire Energy OFS is now hiring experienced oilfield personnel for Pump Down, Toe Prep, Frac Support, and Equipment Operations.
We are looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals with hands-on frac experience who understand the importance of operating equipment efficiently, safely, and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Position Requirements
Candidates should have experience with one or more of the following:

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain assigned equipment.
- Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with rig up, rig down, and equipment mobilization.
- Complete required paperwork, JSA's, inspections, and safety documentation.
- Follow all customer and company safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues in the field.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work effectively with customers, supervisors, and fellow crew members.
- Represent Hire Energy OFS professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous oilfield and frac experience required.
- Experience operating pumps, blenders, hydration units, or other frac equipment preferred.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- CDL preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass drug screening and background requirements.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Must be willing to travel.
