PERM options | Los Angeles FQHC | Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant | Multiple locations

Seeking EXPERIENCED NP's or PA's for Los Angeles, CA
Permanent PA & NP opportunities
This FQHC needs coverage for the following locations in LA:
  1. Downtown/Skidrow
  2. South Central LA/MLK
  3. East Hollywood
  4. Fedde/Lynwood
  5. Norwalk/Bell Flower
  6. Downey
  7. Bellflower
Must have an interest in working with the homeless.
I have positions open for our homeless healthcare Recuperative Care Program which is for homeless patients transitioning out of the hospital who need more time to recuperate.  
The Program provides medical care as well as Case Management and other Housing services.
The position is Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM 
Prior homeless health experience is strongly desired.
​Other Positions are ​Outpatient Primary Care​ & School-based clinics​
Prefers 2-3 years experience
Very low income patient population
Spanish is a plus but not necessary
18-20 Patients per day
EMR: NextGen
Must be able to do child physicals
Preferred CHDP certificate
