The Client Company is currently seeking an Experienced Embedded Software Engineer to support our Precision Engagement Systems located in Saint Charles, MO.
 
Our leadership team is committed to attracting and developing top talent to support critical Direct Attack (DA) and Cruise Missile Systems (CMS) missions. Aligned with customer objectives, we deliver tailored software solutions through our exceptional workforce. In Saint Charles, MO, we support Direct Attack weapons (JDAM, SDB, MOP, HAAWC and derivatives) and Cruise Missiles (SLAM-ER, Harpoon legacy and development weapons) deployed on a range of military aircraft and select ground platforms.
 
We are seeking talented experienced software engineers to work with a multi-discipline engineering team to design and develop software solutions for these platforms. Engineers on this team work in all phases of the software development lifecycle. We are actively building the team to achieve a growing work scope that includes implementing real-time embedded software applications, creating models and simulations, deploying DevOps methodologies and development environments, developing support applications, and maintaining software configurations and processes for an Agile development lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
• 3+ years of experience in real-time embedded software development
• 3+ years of experience in developing software using Object Oriented principles
• 3+ years of experience working in a team environment
 
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or equivalent experience strongly preferred
• Active U.S. secret clearance
• Experience with Ada, Python, or C#
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Experience with Git or a similar version control system
• Experience developing and tracing software requirements
