We move fast, think big, and push boundaries to build something groundbreaking! We’re building the world’s most advanced holographic display, transforming how industries like medical, defense, and entertainment see and experience visual content. No headsets, no glasses, just incredibly lifelike, 3D visuals! As we scale our high-performance digital architectures, we’re looking for an FPGA Designer who is excited by difficult problems, values strong teamwork, and wants to help build the real-time systems that power our display technology. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong collaboration and systems thinking. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to design, implement, and validate FPGA-based solutions that are critical to system performance, scalability, and reliability. What You’ll Do

Design and develop FPGA-based digital systems for high-performance, real-time applications.

Implement and optimize digital signal processing (DSP), video/display pipelines, and high-throughput data processing architectures.

Integrate FPGA subsystems with hardware and software components across complex system architectures.

Develop and execute verification and validation strategies to ensure system reliability and performance.

Create and maintain simulation and test environments at both module and system levels.

Perform static timing analysis and optimize designs for performance, latency, and resource efficiency.

Support system-level architecture decisions through device selection, sizing estimates, and performance analysis.

Collaborate closely with Display Development, CODEC, optics, and Systems teams to solve complex technical challenges.

Document design methodologies, validation processes, and test results to support long-term system reliability.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

5+ years of experience in RTL design using VHDL and/or Verilog.

Demonstrated experience designing FPGA-based systems from concept through implementation and validation.

Strong experience with FPGA design tools and development workflows, including synthesis, timing closure, and hardware debugging.

Experience implementing digital signal processing (DSP), video/display pipelines, or other high-throughput data processing systems.

Experience working with large-scale or data-intensive FPGA architectures.

Experience developing simulation, verification, and validation strategies.

Ability to identify technical risks, evaluate trade-offs, and support sound engineering decisions.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

A collaborative mindset and ability to contribute positively to a cohesive, team-oriented engineering culture.
