Production Team Member (Casting & Finishing)

Location: 200 W Rock St, Mankato, MN

Shifts: 2nd Shift (2:00 pm โ€“ 10:00 pm) | 3rd Shift (10:00 pm โ€“ 6:00 am)

Shift Differential: $1.25/hour extra for evening and overnight schedules.

The Role

You will play a vital role in our foundry, ensuring every piece we produce meets the high standards our customers expect. You will be placed in one of two key areas:

  • Casting Department: Handle the creation of molds and cores, manage the pouring of molten iron, and perform quality assurance tests.

  • Finishing Department: Serve as the final "quality gate." Use grinders, de-gating tools, and specialized equipment to bring castings to exact customer specifications.
