Primary Objective:
The Facilities Supervisor will lead and develop a team of technicians and support Fab operations 24/7.
Major Areas of Accountability:
  • Manage the design, planning, construction and maintenance of facilities equipment, machinery, buildings and grounds.
  • Manage daily work orders, oversee routine upkeep. Manage contractors as needed.
  • Plan, budget and schedule facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.
  • Implement a training program for facilities technicians
  • Develop systems that promote structure for the facilities organization
  • Oversee the coordination of building space allocation, layout and facilities expansion.
  • Serve as a key player in site planning to support continuous growth in Custom Foundry business
  • Support and maintain a safe and collaborative work culture.
  • Ensure all processes and systems are compliant with regulations.
  • Manage, develop and mentor facilities technicians across all shifts.
  • Coach employees to develop and implement equipment upgrades to reduce downtime and cost.
  • Lead technicians in resolving unplanned downtime events and driving permanent Root Cause Corrective Actions, using the 3D/8D process where applicable.
  • Make daily resource allocation decisions, balancing competing priorities, to serve the needs of the engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing teams.
  • Drive cost reduction efforts to help achieve cost management and savings goals.
  • Maintain 5S principles.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: BS Degree in engineering or technical discipline or equivalent leadership experience
  • Minimum 5 years of management-level roles.
  • Positive interpersonal skills, highly energetic and self-motivated.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet commitments and deliver results, while being able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to manage, execute, and track multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities to meet business needs.
  • Experience with structured problem-solving methodology.
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail in performance of role.
  • Physically able to perform the role with or without accommodation, which may include standing, bending, squatting, and lifting.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office Suite products, AutoCAD, CMMS

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with HVAC, boilers, chillers, compressors, vacuum pumps, cleanrooms, chemical distribution, gas delivery, wastewater treatment, reverse osmosis and deionized water, fire systems, building automation systems, electrical, and general building maintenance.

US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.
The annual salary range for this role is $78,240 - $117,360. Pay offered is based on many factors, including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
