A later stage AI company - backed by top-tier institutional investors, and cash-flow positive - is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted, strategic partner to its Founder and CEO.

This is a true founder at heart, deeply invested in the company they built. This is a highly visible, high-trust role at the center of a scaling organization. Day-to-Day Provide dedicated support to the Founder, managing a complex and ever-evolving calendar, scheduling priorities, and strategic time management.

Own inbox management, helping prioritize communications, draft responses, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through. Serve as a strategic thought partner by helping organize priorities, prepare for meetings, and drive accountability across key initiatives. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes.

Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and briefing documents to keep the Founder informed and prepared. Leverage technology, productivity tools, and AI-driven resources to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
