Drift is a cafe founded on the principle of stripping back the unnecessary. We serve simple, fresh, holistic foods and beverages while offering an interactive experience. About the job:

We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our team. You will be vital to the Drift experience by keeping the space clean and orderly. The Drift Mission, to provide a clean and open environment for ourselves and guest, will be fulfilled by you.
Our cafe should represent our attention to detail: clean, open and beautiful. We believe environments that are clean and open allow people to engage with one another in a genuine manner. Since our goal is to facilitate human interaction, this is of utmost importance.
Implementing the Behaviors while following your responsibilities will put the guest at ease and give all other members a great foundation to showcase what we do at Drift.
The ability to work in a fast paced dynamic team environment, multitask, and communicate effectively are all essential. The most important objective of your position is taking care of the guest. In your position as porter, keeping the cafe clean allows the guest to enjoy their experience with us and one another.
