The Opportunity

In this position, you will support a community amenity space, providing coffee service while building familiarity with residents and contributing to a polished, hospitality-driven environment.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Preparing coffee and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to detail
  • Creating a welcoming, resident-focused environment through daily interaction
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe and amenity space
  • Managing inventory and ensuring supplies are stocked and ready for service
  • Supporting the overall presentation and experience of the community

This is a role for someone who is personable, reliable and understands that small and consistent interactions shape the overall resident experience.

What You Bring to the Team

You have a solid foundation in barista or coffee shop experience, with familiarity in espresso preparation, equipment cleaning and handling and delivering consistent service through resident engagement.
