Solid Foundations Academy is a cutting-edge, comprehensive early childhood education center offering an academic preschool, childcare, kindergarten, specialty programs, and more! Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting the growth and development of young children.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive care and supervision to children in a classroom setting
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding childrenโ€™s progress
  • Follow all Pennsylvania childcare regulations and center policies
Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of childcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
