Position Summary
Forté is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Department located in Carmel, IN. 

This position involves direct patient care in a highly sought after, highly specialized, outpatient orthopedic clinic. We strive to provide an unparalleled patient experience by creating tremendous value through quick and easy access, delivering the highest quality of care as well as driving exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy is required
  • Active Indiana State License is required
  • A strong desire to work in high demand, high expectation, outpatient orthopedic clinic
  • Prior experience in orthopedics is desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to allow for success working in a collaborative team environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States 

Travel Requirements

  • Occasional Travel between Forté locations
