Job Description
We are searching for a Formula Technician. Someone who will manage patient formula orders and research protocols as well as any needed communication in a manner developmentally appropriate for the ages of patients served.

Qualifications:
  • H.S. Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree Health Related Field preferred.
  • 6 months Healthcare work experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately weighs, measures, and prepares formulas per physician's orders using aseptic technique.
  • Calculates formula recipes per physician order. • Escalates concerns about medical order errors appropriately.
  • Ensures timely delivery of modified or special formula/modular orders to patient care areas. Responsibility
  • Adheres to departmental policies and procedures through maintaining proper uniform in compliance with policy.
  • Performs hand hygiene and aseptic technique; ensures proper temperature control of products throughout transportation, mixing, and delivery processes.
  • Maintain environmental cleanliness of office space, preparation room and product storage daily.
