The rapid pace of technological change in electric racing requires constant learning and adaptation to new software and hardware updates. Additionally, the race environment emphasizes energy management strategies and close collaboration with drivers and data analysts to fine-tune performance. Teamwork and the ability to work under tight timelines are essential, as the series often has back-to-back events and compressed schedules.
