Manager, Corporate Partnerships
Department: Corporate Partnerships
Direct Supervisor: Director, Corporate Partnerships
Status: Full-time
Summary:
The Manager of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for day-to-day account management, activation, contract fulfillment, strategic direction, budgetary oversight, and retention for assigned Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and South Florida Motorsports corporate partners, with the goal of successfully providing partners next level service, brand expertise, and sponsorship insights.
Location:
This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all partnership deliverables (i.e. signage, digital, print, promotional, entertainment elements, events, tickets, etc.) to ensure quality standards and that client expectations are exceeded
  • Identify upsell opportunities for existing partnerships including contract amendments and extensions, retain said partners in renewal process
  • Coordinate the implementation of branding, activations and marketing during the race as well as year-round engagement for all assigned partners
  • Evaluate and approve promotional programs, rules, artwork, and in-market supporting media – coordinate and execute all programs internally and externally
  • Coordinate logistics of all partner tickets, suites, sponsor trips and special events
  • Initiate and maintain regular contact with client and/or client’s agency, developing strong professional relationships
  • Track corporate partner activation expenses
  • Communicate with executive team on partner updates, strategies and approvals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree at an accredited University (preferably in Marketing or Sports Management)
  • 3+ years in partnership activation and/or sales with a marketing and promotions planning background
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written with executives and partners
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects while working with many categories of clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong personnel management, communication, time management and organizational skills. Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines
  • Possess high degree of discretion and professionalism
  • Consistent, punctual and regular attendance

  • Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment
