Job description

Forming Operator Position Overview We are looking for a motivated individual to operate and support metal forming processes used in the production of precision sheet metal and fabricated components. This role is responsible for interpreting technical documentation, setting up equipment, and ensuring finished products meet dimensional and quality requirements. The schedule is 7am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and configure forming machinery for production jobs Review engineering drawings, work instructions, and production documentation Install and adjust tooling required for various forming operations Monitor production runs and make machine adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring and inspection equipment Troubleshoot minor production issues and communicate concerns to supervision Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine operator-level maintenance Follow established quality standards and safety procedures throughout the manufacturing process
