Job description

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to take on a new challenge? We are looking for a dedicated Forming Operator to join our dynamic Forming Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have a knack for troubleshooting, this is an excellent opportunity to build your technical skills by operating automated, high-speed production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently perform product item, raw material, and roll changes to maintain continuous production flow.
Continually feed raw materials into forming machinery during production runs to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Conduct regular visual and physical quality inspections throughout each run to ensure all products strictly meet customer and company standards.
Perform routine preventive maintenance, cleaning, and basic operational machine adjustments.
Adhere strictly to Direct Food Contact procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and facility safety protocols.
Identify mechanical issues, clear material jams, and adjust operational settings to resolve equipment line disruptions.
What will help you stand out?
Strong hands-on mechanical reasoning, troubleshooting skills, and technical problem-solving abilities.
Comfort working with automated systems, digital machine control interfaces, and production management tools.
Strong verbal and written communication in English, alongside basic computation skills for tracking production metrics.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage work tasks independently while contributing to department goals.
Prior manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred, though candidates with strong mechanical aptitudes are encouraged to apply.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials throughout an 8-hour shift in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and continuous safety standards on the production floor.
Work Schedule
Must be willing to work either

Training: Day shift (6am -2pm, Monday-Friday) for up to 120 days

Growth: We support both company growth and individual growth. Whether you want to be a "rockstar" who master's this role completely, or a "shooting star" looking to build skills for the next step up, we provide the feedback, training, and realistic timelines to help you get there.
