Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care
Support client safety, mobility, and daily routines
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and errands
Provide companionship and emotional support
Observe, document, and report changes in client condition


Requirements

Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license required
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Ability to work independently while following care plans
Reliable transportation
Residence in or near Ocean County, NJ preferred
