Forest View Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate diagnoses, and establish effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities suited to the specific needs and objectives of each client. This may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.
• Offer crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor to help them stabilize effectively.
• Ensure the accurate documentation and confidentiality of client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, involving psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment alternatives, and available support resources, advocating effectively for their rights and needs.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in mental health therapies through ongoing education, training, and workshops.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities and diagnostic proficiencies.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously while also being an effective team collaborator.
• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.

• Experience with evidence-based therapies, specifically CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care is highly valued.
• Previous work within outpatient behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient documentation and communication with team members.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
