Job Description

Join our team as a Lodge Guide (Bellman) and be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring every arrival and departure is smooth, welcoming, and memorable. With your prompt, courteous service, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and sophisticated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently while ensuring the safe and secure handling of keys and any personal items left in vehicles.
  • Provide attentive and courteous guest service by assisting with luggage, offering property information, and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station to ensure an organized and efficient flow of vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including special requests and relevant details to support timely retrieval.
  • Serve as a communication link between guests and hotel departments, coordinating requests and ensuring smooth service delivery across teams.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of one-year experience as a valet or bellman preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays according to department needs
  • Valid driver's license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
