100% ONSITE - CHANTILLY, VA DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / DUTIES: All Points is seeking a TS Cleared Cyber Capability Developer Senior - Digital Forensics to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Chantilly, VA. The selected candidate will support mission-critical cyber operations, digital forensics initiatives, investigative technologies, and enterprise applications that directly enable law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative operations across the Bureau. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining advanced forensic and cyber capabilities used to support technical investigations, incident response, operational analysis, computer network exploitation (CNE), and cyber operations. The selected candidate will design and develop software solutions, create new processing capabilities for investigative workflows, automate forensic processes, and support mission-focused development efforts in highly secure environments. THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE, CURRENT, AND FULLY ADJUDICATED U.S. TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SCI ELIGIBILITY (TS/SCI). CANDIDATES THAT DO NOT CURRENTLY HOLD AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SCI ELIGIBILITY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE. The Cyber Capability Developer Senior will work independently developing new software capabilities, enhancing existing forensic toolsets, supporting cyber operations, automating investigative workflows, and delivering innovative technical solutions to support FBI mission requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: * Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django) and React (JavaScript) * Create new processing capabilities for data formats encountered during investigations * Develop scripts, tools, and modules extending the functionality of existing forensic platforms * Broaden and enhance cyber capabilities to support evolving operational requirements * Containerize and deploy applications and services using Docker * Develop automation scripts using Bash and PowerShell to support forensic data processing pipelines * Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases supporting forensic workflows * Support software engineering and development efforts at both user and kernel levels * Configure, manage, and support complex network environments * Support management of covert, virtualized, and specialized operational systems * Conduct vulnerability research and analysis activities * Utilize and integrate open-source cyber and penetration testing tools where appropriate * Collaborate closely with forensic examiners, incident responders, and operational personnel to translate mission requirements into technical solutions * Support enterprise analytics, visualization, and operational analysis initiatives * Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning and Agile Release Train (ART) activities * Support classified and multi-enclave mission environments SAFe 6.0 FACILITATION SUPPORT (Contract PM & Agile Team Support) Support Agile delivery activities utilizing the SAFe framework. Participate in Program Increment planning, Agile Release Train execution, backlog refinement, team collaboration, and delivery of cyber and forensic capabilities supporting FBI operations. EDUCATION: * Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with 8 years of experience * Associate degree with 11 years of experience * High School Diploma with 14 years of experience YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: * 8-14+ years of relevant experience supporting cyber capability development, digital forensics, software engineering, cyber operations, incident response, computer network exploitation, or related technical disciplines.
