Foreign Language Instructor - Chinese (Continuous Adjunct Pool)
Position Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a POOL recruitment designed to collect application materials on an on-going basis to fill part-time (adjunct) positions for Foreign Language Instructor - Chinese instructors. As openings for this temporary, part-time position become available, candidates may be selected from this pool of applicants.
Required Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated understanding of, sensitivity to, and respect for the diverse academic, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious, cultural background, disability, and sexual orientation of community college students, faculty, and staff.
AND
Master's in the language being taught (Chinese)
OR
Bachelor's in the language being taught (Chinese)
AND
Master's in another language or linguistics
OR the equivalent
