Role Overview

Are you a "people person" who loves to drive? Chapman Ford OF Lancaster is seeking a professional and friendly Part-Time Service Driver to join our Service Department. You will play a crucial role in our customer experience by ensuring guests and their vehicles get where they need to be safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Logistics: Move customer and inventory vehicles around the lot.
  • Pick-up & Delivery: Support our "Service Pick-up & Delivery" program by driving to customer locations to swap vehicles.
  • Test Drives: Assist service advisors with extended test drives
  • Professionalism: Maintain a clean shuttle vehicle and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all passengers.
  • Coordination: Work closely with Service Advisors to prioritize trips and manage timing.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record (MVR check required).
  • Mobile Tech Proficiency: Must be comfortable and proficient using smartphone applications to manage pick-up/delivery logs, GPS navigation, and vehicle status updates.
