Recruiting Coordinator – Supporting Ford – Glendale, KY (Onsite)

Ford is building the workforce behind one of the most consequential manufacturing buildouts in the country — next-generation EV battery production in Glendale, KY, driving U.S. energy independence and the future of American mobility. We're hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to work onsite alongside Ford's talent and operations teams, supporting the hiring engine that will help staff this facility at scale.

This is a high-visibility, high-velocity role for someone who wants to do meaningful work, move fast, and grow into broader Talent Acquisition responsibilities as the site continues to scale.

About the Role

You'll be on the ground in Glendale, supporting high-volume hourly recruiting, candidate engagement, recruiting events, and onboarding coordination. As the organization continues to grow, this role will expand into broader recruiting coordination responsibilities, including interview scheduling, offer support, onboarding coordination, and talent operations support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.

What You'll DoCandidate Experience & Coordination
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process

  • Conduct candidate pre-screen conversations focused on logistics, process expectations, and NDA requirements

  • Maintain consistent communication to ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

  • Collect and manage candidate documentation, including NDAs and onboarding materials

Interview Scheduling & Recruiting Operations
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders

  • Manage interview logistics, confirmations, and calendar coordination across time zones

  • Support recruiters with candidate tracking, pipeline management, and process administration

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation

Offer & Onboarding Support
  • Assist with preparing and coordinating offer letters for hourly and salaried hires

  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to support a smooth onboarding experience

  • Track onboarding milestones and ensure completion of required pre-employment activities

  • Help maintain organized records and follow-up processes throughout the hiring lifecycle

Hourly Hiring & Event Support
  • Support onsite recruiting events, hiring fairs, and community outreach initiatives

  • Coordinate candidate flow, event logistics, and follow-up activities

  • Partner with recruiting teams on high-volume hourly hiring efforts

  • Assist with workforce planning and talent pipeline development

Talent Pipeline Support
  • Assist recruiters with sourcing activities and talent market research

  • Maintain candidate spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting tools

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate engagement

  • Support ongoing talent pipeline development for current and future hiring needs

What We Need to See
  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related administrative role

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
