Job description

Who is Forcepoint?

Forcepoint simplifies security for global businesses and governments. Forcepoint's all-in-one, truly cloud-native platform makes it easy to adopt Zero Trust and prevent the theft or loss of sensitive data and intellectual property no matter where people are working. 20+ years in business. 2.7k employees. 150 countries. 11k+ customers. 300+ patents. If our mission excites you, you're in the right place; we want you to bring your own energy to help us create a safer world. All we're missing is you!

Role Overview

The AI Web Optimization Specialist is responsible for improving how Forcepoint.com attracts, engages and converts prospective buyers through the strategic application of artificial intelligence, behavioral analytics, experimentation and personalization. This role will analyze how visitors interact with the website, identify areas of friction or opportunity and translate those findings into measurable improvements across content, navigation, conversion paths, forms and personalized experiences. The specialist will also develop AI-assisted workflows that help the web team analyze performance, generate hypotheses, evaluate content and accelerate optimization. Working across Web Strategy, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, UX and Development, this role will help us transform Forcepoint.com to a more intelligent, adaptive and consistently measured digital experience. The role supports the entire digital buyer journey, from discovery and education through product evaluation and conversion. It will also help ensure that Forcepoint’s web content and technical foundations are understandable to AI-powered search engines, assistants and answer platforms. This is not a traditional search, content production, web development or project management position. It is a hands-on optimization role focused on improving buyer experience, qualified engagement, conversion performance and pipeline contribution.

Remote Mexico

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a prioritized website optimization roadmap aligned with business goals, product launches, campaign priorities and buyer needs. Analyze visitor behavior, performance data and content engagement to identify friction and opportunity, and translate those insights into clear, testable hypotheses. Plan, launch and evaluate A/B tests, multivariate tests and targeted audience experiences, measuring incremental impact against appropriate control experiences. Improve conversion paths and build personalized experiences across product pages, landing pages, forms and other high-intent destinations, tailored to known visitors, target accounts and other priority segments. Use web analytics, heatmaps, session behavior and qualitative insights to understand how different buyer groups interact with the website and build recurring reports connecting that behavior to qualified conversions, pipeline influence and business outcomes. Identify meaningful performance differences across channels, accounts, industries and stages of the buyer journey. Develop repeatable AI-assisted workflows, including reusable prompts, agents, templates and evaluation frameworks, to accelerate research, hypothesis generation, content evaluation and reporting, automating repetitive work while maintaining human review. Recommend improvements to page structure, content clarity, internal linking and structured data to improve machine readability, and monitor traffic and behavior from AI assistants, answer engines and other emerging discovery sources. Maintain documentation of hypotheses, experiments, results and learnings.

Required Technical Skills
  • Four or more years of experience in conversion-rate optimization, digital experience optimization, growth marketing, personalization, product analytics, web strategy or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience using behavioral and performance data to identify problems, develop hypotheses and deliver measurable website improvements.
  • Hands-on experience planning, executing and evaluating A/B tests or other controlled digital experiments.
  • Experience optimizing websites for conversion, engagement, customer acquisition, qualified demand or pipeline generation.
  • Strong working knowledge of web analytics, digital measurement, audience segmentation, funnel analysis and conversion reporting.
  • Practical experience using generative AI tools for research, analysis, content evaluation, workflow automation or optimization.
  • Experience working with web analytics and optimization platforms such as Adobe Analytics, VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Target or comparable tools.
  • Working knowledge of heatmaps, session analysis, form analytics, user behavior tools and qualitative customer insights.
  • Ability to interpret testing results and understand experiment design, control groups, confidence levels, sample size and performance variability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn complex analytical findings into clear recommendations.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, data security or another complex and high-consideration industry.
  • Experience connecting website behavior and optimization activity to leads, accounts, opportunities, pipeline or revenue.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing, account intent, buying-group behavior, lead lifecycle stages and target-account personalization.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Tealium iQ, Tealium EventStream, Tealium AudienceStream, VWO or similar platforms.
  • Experience evaluating how brands, products or content are represented within AI-generated responses.
  • Experience developing reusable prompts, AI agents, automated analytical workflows or internal AI tools.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in conversion optimization, digital analytics or growth marketing Portfolio or case studies showing real experiments, personalization programs or measurable website improvements.
  • Ability to follow data-driven patterns, learn quickly and apply feedback.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for improving buyer experience and building measurable digital programs.
  • Positive attitude, organized work habits and eagerness to grow.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
