Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?


Main purpose of the position:

The Fit Model will try on samples of clothes and express his or her expert knowledge on the fit of the garment, movement, fabric hand and feel, and overall wearability. The Fit Model will be responsible for trying on sample garments that represent a standard customer size.


Position responsibilities and daily tasks:

Model garments and clothing samples in front of team members in a timely manner.

Clearly Communicate the fit of the garment considering the sizing, comfortability, etc.

Monitoring their body measurements to ensure consistency for customer sizing purposes, and addressing any changes with the head of Tech and pattern team.


What does a candidate need to demonstrate to perform this job successfully:

Must be able and willing to try on All categories of garments

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Must always have proper fitting gears and garments as required by the company.

Flexible and adaptable to a very fast-paced environment

Must be able perform frequent repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as, bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling


Minimum candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

Measurements must fit the target dimensions of the garment for our standard customer size

Must have experience participating in fittings

This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary rate is $22.00- $25.00/hr.
