  • Prepare imagery for multiple outputs (web, social, print) with correct color profiles, resolution, and file formats.
  • Ensure accurate product color representation and premium finish across all imagery.

Digital, Social & Performance Creative

  • Design assets for paid media (static and light motion-ready layouts), organic social, email, and website updates.
  • Resize video to be ready for social channels
  • Create modular design systems for efficient scaling across placements and aspect ratios.
  • Partner with stakeholders to iterate based on performance feedback while maintaining luxury design standards.

Production & File Management

  • Prepare production-ready files with strong attention to detail (bleeds, safe zones, die lines, packaging constraints, preflight checks).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining organized working files.
  • Maintain and contribute to brand templates, toolkits, and guidelines.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, Product Marketing, and external partners to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
  • Communicate clearly about timelines, specs, and production requirements; proactively flag risks and propose solutions.
Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–6 years of professional design experience, ideally within luxury beauty, fashion, skincare, fragrance, or premium consumer brands.
  • Demonstrated experience producing assets for retailer.com platforms and/or major retail partners.
