• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all laboratory processes meticulously, train new staff members, and maintain the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of your certification during your tenure with us.
