Responsible for administering and monitoring compliance functions related to assigned NCAA, SEC & CSC rules. Within the assigned area, individual coordinates day-to-day processes, monitoring efforts and education to ensure institutional control and adherence to governing body standards. Provides interpretive guidance to coaches, studentathletes and staff on bylaws and assists with education, documentation and risk mitigation efforts. Supports the Associate and Senior Associate Athletics Directors in maintaining compliance integrity and advancing a culture of accountability within athletics operations.

All University of Kentucky Athletics Department employees are required to conduct themselves in accordance with the rules, regulations, and policies of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the College Sports Commission (CSC), the Southeastern Conference (SEC), the University and any other applicable regulatory body.

Administers daily financial aid compliance functions, including calculation, distribution and reconciliation of approximately $14 million in athletic aid and cost-of-attendance funds.

Coordinates financial aid processing for tuition, housing, meals, books, stipends and vacation-period expenses in alignment with NCAA Bylaw 15.

Assists with gameday compliance operations, including monitoring complimentary admissions and prospective student-athlete benefits.

Supports ongoing education, training and communication initiatives for staff, coaches and student-athletes on compliance topics.

Manages the compliance budget, administers student-athlete exit interviews, oversees the elite student-athlete education program and responds to athletics-related Comply Cat (compliance catch) reports.

Distributes and interprets legislative, rules and policy information to coaches and staff, conducts monthly rules education meetings and ensures department-wide awareness of evolving compliance obligations.

Acts as the primary compliance contact for the football and women's basketball programs, travels with teams to monitor ticket distribution, agent interactions and other compliance matters.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree

Experience Requirement: 2+ years of experience

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
