Clinicians will provide hematology and oncology clinic coverage on-site in Ohio, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning at 2 days per week in September - October and increasing to 4 days per week in January 2024, managing 15 patients per day across both hematology and oncology. The clinical scope encompasses general hematologic and oncologic conditions within an outpatient clinic setting, with no call coverage required for this assignment. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the Epic EMR system for patient encounters and treatment planning activities.
