Job Title: Event Support - Tailgate Delivery Support Member 

Location: South Bend, IN 

Job Type: Part-Time/Seasonal 

Pay: $17/hr 


Gameday Your Way is a growing events hospitality business that specializes in creating fun and engaging pre-game experiences for football fans at top venues, including the University of Notre Dame, University of Wisconsin, and Soldier Field. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team for fall events. 


As a Tailgate Delivery Support Member, you will help ensure our clients’ tailgates are set up and run smoothly by delivering and setting up equipment, catering, and beverage packages. If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work and customer interaction, this could be a great fit! 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Delivery & Setup: Assist with the timely delivery and setup of tailgate equipment, catering, and beverage packages, ensuring all items are secured and organized. 
  • Tailgate Setup: Arrange tailgate packages at designated locations according to client specifications, ensuring that all equipment, furniture, and amenities are in excellent condition. 
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain tailgate equipment (grills, tables, chairs, audiovisual equipment, etc.), ensuring all items are clean and functional. 
  • Customer Service: Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing questions, concerns, or special requests to enhance their tailgate experience. 
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols during delivery and setup to maintain a safe and secure environment. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the event coordinators and other support team members to improve efficiency and streamline operations. 
  • Troubleshooting: Quickly resolve any on-site issues or technical challenges that may arise during setup. 
  • Clean-Up and Breakdown: Assist with the timely breakdown of tailgate setups and ensure all equipment is properly packed for future events. 


Qualifications: 

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 
  • Must have a “can-do” attitude and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment 
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively 
  • Weekend availability is required 
  • Dates Required: 9/12/26, 9/19/26, 10/10/26, 11/7/26, 11/1/26, and 11/21/26.
