Duties and responsibilities
  • Greet customers and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service.
  • Transport customers' items to their assigned tailgate tent.
  • Maintain tailgate sites and respond to any inquiries relating to the tailgate guest's needs such as catering, TV issues, etc.
  • Assist Tent Host/Hostess with game specific needs.
  • Ensure equipment in each tent is ready and in proper working order upon guest's arrival.
  • Responsible for refilling generators throughout the game.
  • Responsible for cleanup after the game of assigned tailgate location including removal of tent signs, trash, etc.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Team oriented mindset (must be a "team player")
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and peers
  • Willingness to work outside and in varying weather conditions
  • Must be at least 16 years old

Duration
  • Must be able to work every Auburn home football game.
  • Position is part time, 10-20 hours/week.

Physical Requirements
  • The applicant must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time. The applicant must be comfortable lifting objects over their head and must be comfortable lifting objects weighing up to 50lbs.

Compensation
$10/hour
