Job Description Alabama State University, Intercollegiate Athletics, invites applications to fill the position of Football Administration Coordinator. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach, and the Director of Football Operations with all internal matters pertaining to the day-to-day development and operations of the football program. This position will also coordinate all administrative staff operations within the football program.

Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the budgets for all department within the football program Work with athletic administration on all football staffing to ensure a smooth onboarding process Oversee Creative Team for social media, graphic design and video production Assist with team travel requirements for football program Serve as sport liaison with athletics administration for academic and compliance, branding and marketing as well as sports media Assist with developing and managing the calendar for the football team (off-season/in-season workouts, conditioning and weight lifting, community service, in-season workout, meals and training Develop and formulate athletic policies and procedures for football) Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or the equivalent, and 3 years of managerial experience required.
