Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our food and beverage operationsduring the football season. This internship offers hands-on experience in inventory management, vendorcoordination, and logistics planning within a fast-paced event environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuringproduct availability and operational efficiency during game days and large-scale events.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $16.00 to $16.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, and restocking of food and beverage items across multiple stadium
locations.
· Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate counts of game day
supplies.
· Monitor inventory levels before, during, and after football games to prevent shortages or overages.
· Help manage receiving processes, product rotation, and shelf-life checks in storage and concession areas.
· Support logistical planning and setup for food and beverage operations during football games.
· Conduct post-event inventory audits and provide data analysis to improve forecasting and purchasing
decisions.
· Assist with documentation and reporting, including usage logs, waste reports, and delivery discrepancies.
· Participate in process improvement projects related to supply chain and game day operations.

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
· Strong interest in sports operations, food & beverage logistics, and/or stadium event management.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work game day hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
